Payment
A valid credit card and a Photo ID is required for all personal checks. Out-of-state checks are accepted at our discretion. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. |

Special Orders
We will make every effort to find the products you want. If you don’t see a particular item online or in our store, please let us know. We’re happy to special order the item for you. Special orders must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. A store credit may be given if every effort has been made to obtain the item(s) and item(s) remains unavailable by the manufacturer. |

Return policy
No returns on produce, special orders or Harvest Moon merchandise. Other items may be returned within 30 days with a receipt if at least 75% of product remains. Returns without a receipt may be exchanged within 30 days for another item of equal or greater value at the current price. A 10% restocking fee may be applied at managers discretion. Allow 10 days for checks to clear. A refund will be issued after 10 days. |
